Disgusted no refund

I returned goods last year and this year and was promised to be refunded and nothing. On the 18th of July I was promised I’d be refunded in 24hours and today is the 31st still nothing. The items were returned because of poor quality and service am not buying from them again. How do you collect the items but not refund me? Sounds like a ***** business
