Disappointed client

I placed an order and paid for it It was bathroom handles for the orderly to get out of the bath, firstly it doesn’t stick at all and the elderly person fell terribly when it came loose and when you try to get a refund for the product then you can forget it because they don’t answer you’re calls or your emails so don’t waste your time and money with their products I am very disappointed with them
