Damaged product with no response from complaints department.

We ordered a Cheese grater from PerfectDealz around three weeks ago.

The grater arrived soon enough, however upon opening the box I realized that the grater was damaged by way of scratches along the plastic drum. I emailed them immediately and asked for the grater to be replaced. They responded confirming that the item probably got damaged during transport which is highly unlikely as the grater was in a box and bubble wrapped in the box.

I asked them again to exchange the product with an undamaged one. It is now three weeks later and still they have not responded despite a further 2 emails from my side.

It was my first purchase from them and I will never be using them again. Websites such as Wish sells similar products with longer wait time, but they respond immediately if you have a query or complaint.

I would advise you to rather use Wish than PerfectDealz.
