CUSTOMER SERVICE=NON EXISTING

Please do not buy from them if you are going to need any form of customer service. They do not answer email or whatsapp at all the landlines will waste your airtime after numerous selections they never answer the phone.

Right now I need my money refunded via Happy Pay and they are not going to refund unless Perfect Dealz respond. What a joke, Happy Pay is not the problem. My original complaint was feeling like Perfect Dealz was a **** to Happy Pay and now they doing the same thing.

My advise to small businesses don't use bot systems if you still gonna need a human to fix the issue.
