Customer service and refunds

Received my order on 18 April 2023. Reported that the sealer purchased was not working. They asked for videos which was sent on the 19/04/202. They never got back to me every 2 weeks I would follow up and I am back at square 1. The consultant will advise that the credit is put through on whatsapp however when you call to follow up no one has record of it. They then desert the whatsapp. Really disappointed for treatment received.
