I made an online purchase on the 27th November 2018, and to date, 10 December 2018 my order has still not been delivered. I have made numerous enquiries via email and have received no response. The company's telephone line rings unanswered.

What is the whole point of making online purchases if you are not going to get the convenience you pay for?
