Caution - a ****

Ordered an item on line and paid for it on 26 April - received confirmation of order and was advised that they would start shipping from 4th May. Still have not received and I get no response to my 5 e mails sent, Facebook messages and whats app message. They are still advertising on line and taking orders (and people's money) but I think this is a **** and they don't have any intention of supplying goods.
