Can't get hold of them, no contacts work!

Hi. I have sent an email a few days ago to this online business asking them to please cancel my order and process a refund back to my card. I did not hear back and then sent another 2 emails yesterday and today and they don't even bother to reply. I went to the website and found a cellphone number *** which I have been trying to call but it's on voicemail since this morning. So that doesn't work either! This is totally unacceptable and I won't be ordering from them again. I just want some response from them and my order cancelled and the funds credited back to me. My order no. is: ORDER PD33406.
