On the 6th April 2026 I made an online purchase of 5 items on Perfect Dealz, 1 item was a 9 piece cube storage organizer which cost just above R600 and the rest were cheaper items which came to a total of R909. On the 16th of April there was still no progress on the order, the status was still confirmed and I decided to write a message to enquire on the same day but there was no response. On the 17th April I received a notification that my order has been picked up by a courier company and the order was delivered to my home on the 21st of April 2026 in a very tiny box of which made it very clear that the order was incomplete. When I opened the order there was 4 items and the most expensive item which costed more than R600 was missing and there was no communication or notification from the company on why was the item not delivered. I started to read the reviews on the internet and I realized that I've been ****med as well. Should I had read the reviews first I would not have ordered, my heart is broken because we work hard to earn money and some people take advantage of us. I need my refund or the item that I ordered.
