Broken product, bad service and a promised refund that has not happened.

I purchased a "professional garment steamer" off of the website in January. It leaked from the get-go. I tried to contact Perfect Dealz but their lines were down, so I sent an email. Without a reply, I contacted them in December. Spoke to someone on the phone, they explained that the lines were down so that is why they could not respond to emails- fair enough, I explained to the sales manager what was wrong with the machine and he said he would refund me and arrange for a courier to collect the machine. Nothing has happened since. I have emailed multiple times and have tried to phone the number listed to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
