Beyond poor customer service

Absolutely Poor customer service. I placed an order for goods over R2000 had to follow up with emails, whatsapp, phone call all not answered. The 2 times I got a responses was falls information as I waited for my shipment for 2 weeks. When the package arrived I only got 2 items of which the c-shape table was not what I ordered. I contacted Nolan at Perfect deal and he said he would look into it no feedback. I had to contact my bank to do a recharge. Perfect deal claim they shipped my order out but I have proof of what I received. I will never do business with them again. They clearly do not know what customer service is.
