Beyond pathetic service

Once again I was disappointed by Perfect deals. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and order from them again. My order came fast but incomplete again. Ordered earphones and they came without a cover on the battery compartment. Emailed twice with pictures and no one has bothered to respond... Their level of service is pathetic and I will not deal with that ******* again... Are they selling **** that has fallen off the back of trucks??? Why does my stuff always come open and messed up???
