Beyond bad service
I ordered 3 items...two were delivered on the 10th of Feb...since then I have sent numerous emails and messages to ask about the third...still not delivered despite promises. One of the two items delivered broke as soon as it was used. Sent it back and now of course wait for the credit. Absolutely unbelievably bad service....lots of promises and just no action. Fuming and am now going to get legal advice as I have paid for a product which is clearly defective and a product which I have not yet received.
