Been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks!!

It's really sad when you give a company two weeks and multiple oppertunities to resolve a miatake from their side and still don't care. I've sent numerous emails, with no response. I've approached them on Facebook Messenger, with some initial response but continued disappointment and still no resolve. They owe me a refund, yet they clearly aren't planning on refunding me. I can't recommend doing business with Perfect Dealz. There deals might be good, but nothing else is.
