Bad service I would advise potential customers to exercise caution

I ordered a 5MP 16-Channel ADH Full Color CCTV Camera Kit (Order No. PDZ6552) and waited one and a half weeks for it to be dispatched. When the order finally arrived, it was the wrong system.

I then had to wait another week for the incorrect item to be collected, and I still have not received a replacement or been provided with a delivery date for the correct system.

Based on my experience, it appears that Perfect Dealz may be advertising products that are not readily available in stock and only sourcing them once an order has been placed and paid for. This results in long delays and uncer*****y regarding whether the correct equipment will be delivered.

I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when ordering from Perfect Dealz and to confirm stock availability before making a purchase.
