Bad service

I received items on the 29 may 2020.The items were not satisfactory and I Informed them about the condition of received items and packaging which was open and not in the original form of fastway packaging. I was advised to send and email with pictures , which was done however the size was too big . They then advised me to send pics via WhatsApp which i did to my surprise till today that WhatsApp was not opened emails no confirmation of receival of text email was done. When i call then they don`t answer calls. Wanted to find out whats the way forward return the items as they were unsatisfactory, till now no response i even returned the items via DSV to day because their return policy states within 7 days. I am very unhappy with their service and the conditions of their products, one of the bought items was even not working and had to return all 5 items I bought from them
