Bad Quality of Products and Unprofessional Services DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS

I ordered items from a company called Perfect Deals and paid for it on the 03 May 2020

I called numerous time last week and was promised that the Order will be delivered today Monday ,11 May.I also called several times Monsay ,11 May only to find out that one one is answering my call.

Finally I received the item's I purchased only to find out that 2 items were opened and the boxes were broken.

Three items were not received which was paid for , I was not notified that the items are not available. No one from the company advised me what to do I received a note advising me that 3 items are not delivered but no advising when will I receive the items I bought for

The service is appalling and so unprofessional ,I spend more time calling the company and no one answers the calls,there are 3 numbers available,one which does not work ,the cell number advise u that it's full so you can't leave messages and the other number rings and get cuts off.

We are paying for these items and not recieving quality.

This is the first and last time I purchase items from this company.

We are not receiving what we are paying for,poor customer service and unprofessional.

As a consumer who bought and paid for items ,I appeal to individuals do not order from this company.
