Bad Delivery Service

We placed an order on Thursday 26th March 2026 for a double bed base. They made a delivery promise of 24 hours on their website but they did not deliver on Friday. The delivery is still outstanding. In fact the whole thing has gone silent as we have heard nothing since the initial confirmation of the order number. Frankly at this point we are worried that we have been ****med.
