Appalling lack of customer service regarding defective product

I purchased 3 of the same MP3 Multimedia Players and have emailed *** 3 times with my complaint about defects along with all documation and pictures attached but have been ignored. My first email was 22 April 2021 and no feedback at all.

This is appalling! I just wanted the defective items replaced.

If this is the service then I recommend others beware of purchasing defective products because you're stuck with them case closed.
