48H00 Turns out to be NO RESPONSE EVER!!! WORST SERVICE

I bought a lot of items with them, and I placed 2 orders (1 order 06 August 2019 & the 2nd order 08 August 2019) I had to pay for both orders courier costs, as my parcel arrived it was packed as 1 parcel and not even 2 parcels, so why must I pay for 2 parcels courier cost? And I got a note that stated: "Dear customer, Kindly be informed that 1 item is not enclosed from your order... A credit/ discount code will be generated for that amount and emailed to you..." So after I heard nothing from them for a week after the note, I tried to contact them by sending emails, but I only received a mail back to say I must please wait 48hours for a response. We are now 12 days after I got that email from them, and still no answer. Tried to phone them but the phone just keeps ringing.

They say they are all about excellent and exceptional service... THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I GOT. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR SAYING ABOUT SERVICE, BECAUSE IT IS DEFINITELY NOT MET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
