Don’t support Perfect Carwash Somerset West

CHANGING REVIEW FROM 5 STARS to 1 STAR (actually 0 if I could)

Been a loyal customer at the car wash and never had a problem. BUT as per my last trip (on 1/4/2024) one of their employees didn’t put my rear window completely down at the pre-wash area before going in to the machine and we didn’t notice it until we heard and saw it breaking completely off in the machine while stuck in the car going through the wash.

Stopped immediately at the drying area and requested the manager. Robert the manager came and assessed the situation and told us to contact GEORGE the owner who will assist us to fix the problem. In that time the one employee brought my rear window wiper blade out of the car wash area.

Well… what a full of BS Owner they have. After numerous mails and calls, he agreed that he will pay, sent the quote for the damage, he then asked to change the quote to have his details as he can claim it back from his insurance, sent back updated quote and he went quiet. Followed up (as he will not respond or call) and he has been delaying this whole process and buying time and not paying for the damage.

It’s been more than a month and nothing!! I WILL NOT SUPPORT OR RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!! Going through the previous reviews I see the exact thing happened to another person and nothing was done.

George you are a disappointment of a business owner if this is how you treat people who have been supporting you for 4 years!
