Worst experience

I had my nails (hands and feet)done for the first time at the gateway branch... I didn’t know what to expect but was advised to do acrylic tips on my hands and a gel overlay on my feet .... the experience was just horrific to me... I told the nail tech that she’s hurting me but for some reason she didn’t care and carried on... I asked for nail art on each of my fingers so I was charged collectively the price of R680. When I was done I went to a store and purchased a lipstick and when I went to pay some of the stones fell off so I went back to the studio and they placed them back and when I asked why certain nails aren’t the same I was just ignored ! So the next day I noticed that both my hands had nail art falling off so I did call the manager and complained cause I didn’t expect paying so much to last me less than a day! And she asked to come in again to have it fixed... which was inconvenient since load shedding made me wait an extra two hours to have the nails done..... so forward to now which is two weeks after my nails was done and I’m in extreme pain...:my nails are lifting and one is infected because the nail tech filed too close to my cuticle .... these expensive nails didn’t last and are extremely painful... I really hope they up their game but I will never go back there again ! It was the worst first experience for me.... nail techs need to listen more and stop being so rude and by the way when my nails were getting redone during load shedding I had another lady come in and complain that the same nail tech gave her a toe infection from filing to close to the cuticle
