Unprofessional service

My friend booked for her and I to go for a massage. When we arrived our appointment was not made. We were advised to come back in 1 hour. We had to wait a further 30 minutes before being called into the treatment room. Both ladies were nail techs as the didn't have their massage lady in?? We had to lie with our heads on on a pillow to the side for a back massage. This is extremely uncomfortable and in my opinion not right for a back massage. The lady asked me if I'm comfortable and I asked her why they don't have a hole in the massage table for one's face?? She said she didn't know and that I must ask the management. After we finished I checked under the pillow and there was indeed a hole for my face.... she didn't know. <br> <br> I feel that a place like perfect 10 should stick to nails as massage is not their forte.<br> <br> I am disappointed that my friend had to pay for two less than satisfactory massages.
