Unprofessional

The young lady \in charge"berated consultants in front of customers. She also indicated they were fully booked on Thursday and Friday but this was not true. Turns out they don't take in people who have bought a voucher on these days as it is their business days. So was purchasing the voucher not business. She was irritated that the consultant was taking too long on my nails and it was supposed to be an express manicure. I left with nails not completely dry and they now look ****py.
