Unhappy client

<p>I had a pedicure done this afternoon at your N1 City branch in Cape Town. The the****** that did my treatment was very sweet and did the basics of the pedicure quite well. She however never did any cuticle work besides pushing them back. I am a the****** myself so I know how the treatment should be done. Not removing the pterygium from the nail plate caused the nail varnish to go all on my skin. Her painting technique was also incorrect. I was not satisfied and mentioned it to her. She then tried to fix it and after 2 times of attempting I asked her to remove the nail varnish. The manager was very understanding and never charged me for the paint. I am informing you as there should be a high standard in a salon and the******s should be trained properly.</p>
