Unhappy Client

Good day,

I done my nails at Clearwater Mall on the 26 November 2017.

I have paid over R 900.00 for a set of nails, pedicure and manicure for my mom. I think the lady who done my nails was Thuli. I sat for over an hour and a half and this is what my nails look like!

The acrylic is starting to lift at the back. I am almost certain this should not happen 8 days later. Also the false nail that was put on made glue bubbles and does not blend in properly. One can clearly see I have got false nails.

I am very unhappy as to what my nails look like as I am a business woman working with clients everyday. I do not work with water unless I wash my hands and bath.

I have referred my complaint to the head office and was advised that they have referred my complaint to the salon owner, now 7 days later still no response is received from them
