Unexperienced Nail Technicians

Yesterday I had an appointment with 1 of your nail techs for a fill. My 1st set was done at the same branch but I was disappointed with the set done because glue was left under my nails and the tips were not flush with my own. Being a qualified the****** I do realise that sometimes a set that is done can go badly occasionally. I didnt want to go back to the same technician for my fill not only because the set was not up to the std that I would expect but also because that when I asked her to do simple nail art she could not do it. When booked for my fill, I asked to please see a proper nail technician, Much to my disappointment she didnt know how to paint a simple French. I asked her how long had she been a nail technician she told me that she had been in the industry for 1year & 3months. I was horrified at the fact that she could not paint a simple French over my fill. I told her that I would paint them and if she could just seal them for me after. She gave me a thick white paint to paint my nails.she lightly touched my nails attempted to straighten my smiles of my French then put a glaze over my nails without them being completely dry. when i got to my car my nails were horriffic
