The****** did not show up...NO SERVICE!

I had an appointment for a facial at Perfect 10 Greenstone with Lucia (9:00 on 16 April). I arrived at 8:55 and the lady indicated that they are almost ready for me. At 9:10 I asked what is going on and they indicated that Lucia (the the****** I had the appointment with) is not in yet but that they were going to call her. No response so I asked again and they indicated that they are not able to get hold of her. So I got up and left. I have yet to receive a call with an apology or anything. I understand that people have lives and that sometimes things happen but then you call ahead or at least in the event of an emergency call afterwards to apologize. I have to make special arrangements for my daughter in order to be able to go for a facial and it is absolutely very inconvenient to travel to Greenstone for nothing and then not to even receive an apology just indicates how important customers are. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!
