Terrible Customer Service

<p>I went to perfect 10 Sandridge Midrand, to wax my upper lip and eyebrows. Firstly i called them and they said they are not busy i can come. I arrived there they are busy fine i wait ,I dont mind. Then my turn comes the lady puts wax and wax strip then boom done, we are done she says ! you can look at your self in the mirror....just like that, okay. This was thursday, friday evening i notice that not only is my upperlip red still and my eyebrows but i have red bumps and white heads. it looks so bad and so visible. They didnt even apply cream etc afterwards. What are we paying for ? The salons in jhb cbd do a much better job then perfect 10. This was my first and last treatment at that place. i will stick to Placecol and Sorbet from now onwards.</p> <p>Perfect 10 i will never recommend to any of my friends</p>
