Rude and arrogant Manager with the worst customer service!!!!

What a rude and arrogant lady, she is the manager at Perfect10 Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti. Rude, arrogant, she even said she will cancel my appointment, just because I confronted her about her very poor approach from the the fact that I was a five minutes late. For her to call and ask where exactly am I she is waiting otherwise she will cancel my booking, made me so angry. If she continues like this then this shop must be closed. She doesn't deserve such a business. Poor customer service and very bad and stinking attitude. To ask me where I am she is waiting for me made me to just boil!!!!! I have made research about her and she is known to ill treat customers and even her staff. That store must close down shame!
