On Sunday, 20th of Dec 2015, I had an appointment at Perfect 10 for 9 am. I had to wait for the lady who was scheduled to do my nails for 15 min due to her being late for her shift. After that, I had to buy my own set of Nail buffer / Nail boards, because Perfect 10 has a new \Hygiene Promotion for only R 39". I said I wasn't interested in the deal. She then rep**** stating that she could not do my nails/treatment"
