Perfect 10 Gateway branch

I am writing with great dissapointment about the laser hair removal sessions I received at the Perfect10 Gateway branch. I have been for 13 underarm sessions and 8/9 upperlip sessions. I still have 100% hair growth (when I was promised 10% hair growth) and was told that it is normal and my hair is in the resting phase (this was concluded after "the trainer" viewing 1 picture of the hair growth). I was advised that I should continue waxing and come back for maintenance every 4 months. I am writing this to let people know that they should rather use another another beauty/laser salon for hair removal and not waste money at the Perfect 10 Gateway branch as they give you false promises.
