Perfect 10 should be a Perfect 0

An appointment was made early this week for my nails to be done, an acrylic refill. I was quoted R230. 00 for this (First red flag, as I pay approximately R180-200 where I usually go). I arrived 5 minutes late and was told I had to wait 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I was seated. After the looong process of having fills completed, the technician said that if I was to have my nails painted then it would be best to pay there and then, so as not to smudge the paintwork. This was done so. In the middle of the one hand being painted, the receptionist comes to me and says I must pay R65.00 extra to have my nails painted. This was not indicated at any time leading up to this scenario. After waiting for a few minutes to wait for the drying of my nails, the technician offered to take out my purse to take out the credit card. It was handed to the manager of the shop. There's was no apology, no thank you, only a curse look on the manager's face. So ladies, Pink Petals is the place for your nails. They are professional, businesslike yet the service and prices are very good. I DO NOT recommend PERFECT '0' at Watercrest mall. Highly unprofessional and lacking in customer service..
