Perfect 10? Nothing perfect about them

I went to Perfect 10 Saturday the 5th of December to get a soak off and gellish. The girl clearly did not know what she was doing. She filed my nails so badly it looked like I scratched cement, that's how uneven they were. Then as she is putting gellish on I said to her there is still some of the old gel on my nails and she needs to remove all if it first. She carried on with this. I paid R280 for nails that lasted until Sunday morning. All the gel is lifting up and peeling off, something that usually lasts me 3 to 4 weeks. I normally go to perfect 10 but after the last visit they waxed my eyebrows my 1 eyebrow was shorter than the other. So I started going to Sorbet and have had no complaints. But on Saturday I decided to try Perfect 10 again. To my dismay. My nails would have looked better if I was doing them. Absolutely disgusted and horrified as I was **********.
