Perfect 10 Greenstone Mall is appaling

I went to do a nail soak off at this branch. First of all there's no lighting and the store is untidy, the nail technicians don't even wear uniform. The was a lady at reception who apparently is the owner but has no courtesy whatsoever. Anyway, part of my experience was that I had my nails covered in foil with acetone for over an hour. I was then told that they were too busy attending to other clients and I had to wait a bit longer. I unfortunately had to leave with acetone still on my nails as I had allocated an hour for my soak off and had another appointment. They didn't even care and told me to just lay a complaint if I want to. Such bad service should not be allowed.
