Perfect 10 Columbine Square , far from Perfect

Hi,<br> <br> It has been now in total 4 times that I have been turned down for an appointment starting from December 2014. The staff say they are fully booked. The past 2 times on purpose I went pass the store to see how busy it really was, to my surprise the staff are sitting filling their own nails. Wow its amazing how they are soo busy but have time to do their own nails.<br> <br> I have always had problems previously but every month I chose to just overlook it because this branch of Perfect 10 is so close to where I reside. In a month I spend no less than R500 for all that I get done. Seems like this branch does not need clients as they seem to love sitting and gossiping about all other clients and make a mockery of them, you sit there as a client wonder whats going to be said about you when you leave.<br> <br> The first time I called, Shiela told me to come through, when I did, she said she could not assist me because she was waiting for an hour until the next client, I made a big noise in the store then they said they would assist. Today when I called, Sarah was full of attitude and after me shouting at her she could then assist in the afternoon, why does it take shouting at to make them assist you.
