Pathetic and shows no interest

I went to get my legs waxed at perfect 10 in menlyn as soon as i got into the treatment room your the****** Prudence was so moody and unfriendly she did not smile at me i had to make conversation with her. That was okay i got over that she waxed my legs using one strip for the entire leg obviously resulting in all my hair not coming out she then painted my nails and pushed my cuticles so back it bled and was so red by the time i got home. Later on that evening my legs turned red and i had broke out in a rash on my legs and thighs. This has never happened to me before. I had to go to the doctor on my account and get antibiotics because your damn wax is not clean. I called the next day and spoke to the manager there she was no interested at all and told me to come back to have my legs waxed again how the hell can i if i have a rash on them!!!!! You are pathetic prudence and your manager - No people skills at all!!!
