Not ready for booking and rushed the service

I booked a french gel appointment at Perfect 10, Cedar Square for 16:00 on 22 Dec. When I arrived for my appointment (on time), I was told that all the******s were busy (as they had taken other customers despite my booking). They then asked me to wait. A the****** then helped me in between her other appointment, but she rushed the service (and did it sloppily) in order to make sure that she was on time for her next appointment. I've done french gel at other Perfect 10's and this always took 1 hour - showing Cedar's haste to get to their other appointments. I am disappointed with the work done which I had to pay full price for, without getting the requisite service. Perfect 10 Cedar Square should not accept other customers when they do not have capacity to do so
