Nail Technicians Inexperienced

I visited the Sanridge Branch of Perfect 10, firstly after making an appointment to have both my mum and my having a day both a pedicure and a gel overlays, after making the booking. when I arrived the unfriendly consultant tells me I didn't book for both of us. I insisted that I did. After making a very unhappy face at me, passed us off onto technicians who had no idea what they were doing. They take my mum.to get her feet soaked and I clearly mentioned to the unfriendly consultant that my mum has problem heels and needs a treatment. No effort nor any recommendations were made. My mum was whisked off to the back with a lady who messed up her feet. Smudges on her toenails, her heels were in the same condition as when we went in. Then paints my mum's hands and without a proper manicure that I had asked for. Takes a booklet and fans my mum's nails dry, During this time I had my manicure and my hands massaged and then gel painted, and even such an untidy job as there are.white patches showing my nail.through the paint job<br> My nails.are.are peeling after a day only and I paid a fortune for this. not.what u wud expect from a brand such as.Perfect 10, I will definitely never go back ther
