Lazer Machine is old technology

A few years ago I went for lazer hair removal treatments at Perfect 10. Amanda was the technician, she was very good and professional and I was assured that my hair re growth would be permanently diminished and would possibly be gone for ever. As far as I can remember I had at least 6 treatments, if not more. Unfortunately it made no difference at all in the long run . My regrowth was less and slower for about 6 months and then all grew back as if I had never had the treatments. I have been back several times and have even showed them the results( Amanda took \before "pictures and all of my treatments are in a file with them but no one will take responsibility for the fact that those treatments didnt work. I was told that they had used old technology and that Im welcome to pay more money and start the treatments again. I spent R650 per treatment and had minimally 6 but possibly more.I moved to the United States and every time I come for a visit I go back to see if someone will help but have had no luck so far.
