Lashes and brows

I had lashes done a couple days ago they already coming out , I paid 500 and my lashes are so thin when I paid for a full set. I went home and found lash glue in my hair which I had to cut out! And my brows were waxed so thin. I am mrs Worldwide South Africa and I can't afford to walk around looking like this! I'm very upset and how my lashes look and how thin my brows are esp my right brow there's a part where there is almost no hair !!!
