Horrific experience will never return

Totally unhappy with Perfect 10 at Watercrest Mall. Went in for an under arm wax and only did so because I happened to be in the mall.

To start off I was burnt with wax several times and when I asked why it was so hot; was told they had a problem the day before with their wax pot. Secondly I was sprayed with sanitizer on my underarms which burnt my skin like crazy.

I proceeding to leave but did pay, which was gladly taken despite me telling all 3 staff members present that never have I ever experienced anything so horrific and that I was not new to waxing so I knew what the norm was.
