Gel nails chipped in 24 hours

<p>On 23 December I went to the Westgate branch for a new set of nails. Firstly a student soaked my nails. It took a full hour and I was left with 1 nail completely broken and another filed of so short that I ended paying for 2 Nails being rebuilt. I left the shop 2 hours later with a bill of way more than R500. The next afternoon i noticed that 4 of my nails were chipped on the end. Came christmas morning my 1st overlay on the other hand came off. Since then another overlay also came off. I contacted the store with my complaint and was promised that the franchisee will call me. 48 hours later I still had no call from her.</p>
