Gastly service!!

I went to Perfect 10 in Gateway to have a spa pedi done and my daughter had acrylic tips done. I am very upset at the horrid job done on my daughter's nails. She paid R360 and I paid R270 and I must say not worth it at all! We have been to this store previously and it's really upsetting that we got this poor level of service today. I was told the store closed at 6pm which was a lie as the mall closed at 9pm?? My daughter is understably very upset at this. She wasn't even given the colour she requested?? Her nails are unfinished it's uneven and to be honest, gastly looking!! This was not the experience we were expecting especially after a tiring Christmas. I am extremely upset at the lack of and disregard to customer service at this store!! My daughter asked for a shape and was told no! She asked for the nails to be Matt and was told no! Really?? This is pathetic really!
