False advertising and bad attitudes
My initial impression of Perfect10 was that it was very professionally set up. I made a booking for two gelish pedicures, which I was told would cost R240 each. There was also a poster promoting a pedicure and free gelish application for R240. When I returned later for my appointment, I was told by a different technician that the gelish pedicure is not on promotion any more and that they had just forgotten to remove the poster. How is it that you only remember once a client asks for the service that you are promoting? On the poster, there is no time frame specified. The original technician who made the appointment then proceeds to tell me that I am lying and that I did not make an appointment for gelish. And even better still, she makes my aunt wait for 20 minutes before she starts her pedicure. I will definitely not be going to perfect 10 for anything ever again. According to the law I should have paid the price on the poster and this constitutes as false advertising.
