eyelashes gone wrong

I had my eye lashes done on friday the 30th in woodland and the following day they started to fall off<br> I was told by the store assistance tanya that they cant help since its my fault I pulled them off. She was not helpfull and irritated by my question and kept rolling her eyes. She called the manager of the store who I was not allowed to speak to explain can get I be exchanged to another treatment since the eye lashes we not done properly. Honestly I tried by all means to meet them half way but they refused I was told the girl who did the eyelashes is going on leave and will come back after 3weeks and they wont book me then to fix her mess. Ladies just know when you go there your complaints are useless to them coz they now have ur money
