Extremely poor customer service

Although I have no complaints with regards to the nail products used, which are great. It seem that Perfect 10 franchises all over has a reputation for rude staff. I experienced this first hand at Perfect 10 WOODLANDS in Pretoria, unfortunately I liked the product Ez-flow thy used. I suggested Perfect 10 Woodlands to a friend, who was also shocked (close to tears) with the utter rudeness and the way they treated her. I phoned the store and complained but it seemed like my complaint was not taken serious. I will definitely not go back or recommend to anyone.
