Disgusting Workmanship.

I am so unhappy with what happened to me at Perfect 10 watercrest mall - my appointment not only took 3 hours for nails but my nails are absolutely shocking. The acrylic is streaky and it took 2 ladies to get the french acrylic right. The acrylic is so thick on my nails. The lady then told me next time i come in she wont charge me for a soak off. . . Im sorry but that just isnt good enough. I would love to show the owner just how terrible the nails look. I also see hey never respond to their hello Peter posts. . . I will never go back to perfect 10 for nails. You pay big money only for them to ruin it. I had a function and was absolutely disgusted to show anyone my nails !!!!
