Disastrous Nails

This must have been the worst nail / perfect 10 experience I have ever had. I normally use perfect 10 in Cresta of Northgate but since I've been working in PTA Woodlands I had to look for a perfect 10 close to work and the nearest one is in Woodlands, which I went to fix my two thumb nails, Gelish French and WHAT A DISASTER. I have been doing my nails for the last 15 years and have never been so disappointed with a treatment. I arrived at to 12:52 and at 13:45 the lady that did my two thumb nails started over for the 3rd time I asked her to file my nails which she rep**** \no she won't because my nails are brittle"";poor quality work. I will not return or recommend this perfect 10 to anyone."""
