Disappointing gel done on nails.

I did my nails on Thur afternoon, about 10 min after I noticed 2 nails had lifted, I went back, the tech fixed it, Fri morning I noticed more of my nails had lifted. My mom also did her nails Thurs afternoon and it looked stunning. Compared to hers, mine looked like it was done by an amateur, I went back & asked if the tech who did my moms nails could fix it, I also showed the receptionist that some of it was on my cuticles which hurt & it was very bumpy & even. The tech who did my moms nails refused & I was told I had to go back to the tech who did mine. I comp**** but was unhappy as I could see that the tech was unhappy with me. I apologised & asked what the possible cause could be, the product, oils on my nail beds, etc. I have done gel plenty before & it has never lifted in less than 2 weeks. She said that she has never had a customer like me before and wasn't rude but def was not welcoming. She app**** another layer of Easy-Flow & Gelish, now my nails look so thick & horrible. I would like my money back as I will not go back there & will have to pay someone else to correct a job that makes me look like I have coloured prestik stuck to my fingers.
